Oh what have you done?
Oh what will you do?
You've done it again
You've shit in the glue
All tangled up, in a web full of love
with no referee, in a ring without gloves
Theres nowhere to run
so what will you do
its happened again
You've shit in the glue
All tangled up, in a web full of love
with no referee, in a ring without gloves
This collection of songs is a healing for me, a sonic bandaid if you will.
It follows the Dan in question through a rollercoaster of love.
Going through a break up and not taking the time to process and heal from it.
Then meeting someone not long after and the two of us falling disgustingly in love. But this love had a time limit.....
Once the clock struck midnight, i was left to feel everything. From the previous breakups feelings and also the love i just encountered.
It was a hard time indeed, with a Tasmanian winter as the backdrop.
I felt like i had been lowered into a maze with no exits, wandering hopelessly lost, whilst spending equal amounts of time on all the depression hotlines, asking for help.
I used a Behringer B-2 Pro Mic and my 'Night' Japanese classical on this release.
Thanks for listening.
Though this is more for me than it is for you
